getaway this past weekend - I'm now stressed again.....
What is it with toddlers and their fascination with their
orifices? It seems Tristan who has discovered the art of
"finger meets nose" decided to stick a foreign object in there
last night and see what it feels like coming out..... Well, it didn't
come out - and after visiting with an ENT Dr., it is still lodged and
he will undergo being sedated tomorrow to remove it. Tristan
said he put a rock/pebble up there however, the Dr., believes
it is some sort of plastic. It doesn't appear to be very large and
we were hoping he would sneeze it out or possibly even swallow
it - but so far it's still lodged.
Poor Mommy, she never did anything like this and she's just
amazed at how fun motherhood truly is........ and Granny is
a nervous wreck.........

Ah yes, aren't children fun? They really need to come with an owner's manual. My kids never did anything like this, but Jackie had her share of stitches to the head, and Jeanette had a fascination with floating things in the toilet...we finally had to put a dead bolt on the outside of the door to keep her out! Keep us posted, Betty.

Knock on wood, but so far Emma has not done anything like this. Hope it all goes well tomorrow and maybe, just maybe, he will sneeze it out himself before you all get to the doctor tomorrow.
Glad everything went okay today. Sure am glad that the doc got it all out!!! I think you need nerves of steel when it comes to raising kids. My son stuck that pinball lead ball up his nose when he was 3 and I operated on him LOL but I got it out!!!
Gotta love them!
Take it easy Terri
