of the warm temperatures for the end of
October and a rare Tornado watch - the
trip was great! At times I was mesmerized
by the beautiful scenery. I've been to this
area a couple of times - but this trip reached
deep into my soul as I enjoyed the awesome
mountain beauty and explored Cades Cove.

GREAT pictures Betty. The church and graveyard is exactly like you described it to me - both haunting and touching for sure. What is that big white building? That is a great shot of you and Bill as well. Looks like you had a wonderful time!
Thanks Lisa! The white building is Wonder Works. It's an upside down attraction with 120 interactive adventures inside. They are also located in Orlando, Panama City Beach and next year one is opening in Myrtle Beach.
I snapped the pic on my way to a show - so we did not get a chance to tour this attraction. I hear its great though!
So glad you guys got away, it looks so beautiful!
