NEW

goodies at HL. There were 5 different word books, Love, Family, Believe, Baby and Friend
to choose from. I also spotted a new ATG gun, the shelf tags for the Bind It All, which should be in soon and new Cricut cartridges are on the way. A couple mentioned were Camping, Baseball, etc. The posted goodies were purchased at 1/2 off since they are albums.

I was so happy when our agency dropped JCAHO certification. NYS regs are more stringent than JCAHO, most of the home care agencies in upstate NY dropped them, and I don't miss it, don't envy you, Deb!

Jackie is doing OK, hard to get around. She is riding to NY with Wayne in a couple of weeks. I told her no way on the bus, she was supposed to take a bus on Tuesday.

Our Joint Commission survey IS OVER!!!! We could have up to 14 recommendations before "trouble". This number is based on national averages. We only had 3 and none of them in Nursing. Our Scottsville nursing home received ZERO recommendations. The surveyor said that was the first time she had ever seen that in a nsg home. Our CEO was all smiles after the results were read. Oh well it is over for at least 18 months. Now I will be able to go to HL tomorrow. Yeah.....can't wait to scrap again. djw
